Audit trails and activity history
Every change in Teiro is logged — who changed what, and when.
Teiro maintains a complete, tamper-proof audit trail for every record. This is essential for quality audits, complaints investigations, and internal governance reviews.
What is logged
- Job creation, edits, assignment changes, and status transitions
- Customer record updates (care plan, contacts, documents)
- Carer profile changes (qualifications, documents, leave)
- Approval decisions with notes
- Login events for each user
Viewing activity history
Any record in Teiro — a job, a customer, or a carer — has an Activity Feed tab showing a chronological log of all changes. Each entry shows the user who made the change, the time, and what changed.
Exporting the audit trail
For audits, export the activity log for a specific customer or carer as a CSV or PDF. The export includes all changes within the selected period.
