Everything carers can do in the Teiro mobile app — jobs, check-ins, incidents, and more.
The Teiro carer app is designed for carers working in the field. It gives them everything they need for their shift without the complexity of the coordinator view.
What carers can see
- Today's jobs — time, customer name, address, and any special instructions
- Upcoming jobs for the week
- Notifications — new job assignments, changes, or messages from the coordinator
- Their own availability calendar
What carers can do
- Check in and out of jobs (with location stamp)
- Submit shift notes and incident reports
- Upload documents or photos against a job
- Request leave or availability changes
- View and acknowledge their care plan documents
Downloading the app
Teiro is available on iOS and Android. Carers receive an invitation email with a link to download the app and set up their account.
