Customer contacts
Each customer record has a contacts section — primary, emergency, and plan manager contacts. Every contact can receive outbound communications.
Appointment reminders
Send automated SMS reminders to clients the day before a scheduled visit. Configure the reminder message and lead time in Settings.
Change notifications
When a job is cancelled or the assigned carer changes, Teiro can automatically notify the client's primary contact via SMS. Toggle this behaviour per customer in their record.
Communication history
All messages to and from a client's contacts are logged in the customer's activity feed. If a family member calls your office, the coordinator can see exactly what communications have been sent.
