Managing your availability
Set your regular working hours and request leave through the Teiro app.
Carers manage their own availability in Teiro, which feeds directly into the scheduler's carer availability overlay.
Setting regular availability
From the Profile tab, open Availability Settings. Set your regular working days and hours for each day of the week. Coordinators can see this when planning rosters.
Requesting leave
Tap "Request Leave" and choose the dates and type of leave (annual leave, sick leave, personal). Add a note if needed and submit. The request goes to the Approvals queue for your coordinator to review.
Availability calendar
Your calendar view shows confirmed jobs alongside your availability windows, making it easy to see your committed time.
Changes and updates
If your regular availability changes, update it through the app. The change is logged so coordinators can see the history.
