Notification preferences
Control which notifications you receive and how — email, SMS, or push.
Teiro sends notifications for a range of events. You can control which notifications you receive and how you receive them.
Notification types
- Job alerts — new assignment, job change, cancellation
- Approval requests — leave, availability, standing instruction changes
- Compliance alerts — qualification expiries, document renewals
- Check-in alerts — late or missed check-ins
- Incident reports — new incidents, particularly critical ones
Setting your preferences
Go to your Profile, then Notifications. Toggle each notification type on or off and choose the delivery method: push notification, email, or both.
Administrator overrides
Admins can set minimum notification requirements for compliance-critical events — for example, requiring that all Admins receive critical incident alerts regardless of personal settings.
