Pinning your most-used lists

What is it?

Pinning lets you add your most-used entity type lists directly to your home screen for one-tap access. Instead of going through the Lists picker every time, a pinned list appears as a shortcut in your personal workspace section on the home screen.

Each person on your team can pin different lists to match their role. A safety coordinator might pin Incident Reports. A care coordinator might pin Support Plans and Progress Notes. A quality manager might pin Risk Assessments.

How it will work

Once the feature is available, you will be able to:

  1. 1.Open the Lists picker from the home screen or your profile
  2. 2.Long-press any entity type row (or tap a pin icon) to pin it to your home screen
  3. 3.Find pinned lists in a My Lists section on the home screen — above the full Lists button
  4. 4.Tap a pinned list to go straight to it, without opening the picker first
  5. 5.Reorder or remove pinned lists from your profile settings

Pinning is per-user and per-device — your pins do not affect anyone else's home screen.

Why it matters

Most staff interact with the same two or three record types every day. Reducing navigation steps — even by one or two taps — adds up across a full shift, especially for carers who are completing documentation between visits on a phone.

Workspace personalisation is part of a broader set of improvements to make Teiro faster and more tailored to how different roles actually work.
