Understanding Teiro pricing and plans

Learn about Teiro's pricing tiers, what's included, and how to manage your subscription.

Teiro is priced per active carer per month, so your cost scales directly with your team size — you only pay for what you use.

Plans overview

Starter — for smaller providers. Includes scheduling, carer app, customer records, and basic compliance tools.

Professional — adds communications hub, advanced compliance reporting, integrations, and priority support.

Enterprise — custom pricing for large providers, including dedicated onboarding, data migration, and a service level agreement.

What counts as an active carer

An active carer is anyone who has been assigned at least one job in the current billing period. Deactivated users are not billed.

Billing and invoices

Invoices are generated monthly and sent to the billing email address on your account. You can view and download past invoices from Account Settings > Billing.

Upgrading or downgrading

Change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
