Sending SMS and email from Teiro

Reach carers and clients via SMS or email directly from the Teiro communications hub.

All outbound communication is managed from within Teiro — no more jumping between apps or losing track of who said what.

Sending an SMS

Open any carer or customer record and click "Send SMS". Type your message (up to 160 characters) and send. The message is logged in the activity feed immediately.

Sending an email

For longer messages, select "Send Email". You'll get a basic compose view with the recipient pre-filled. Sent emails appear in the activity feed alongside SMS and call logs.

Bulk messaging

From the Scheduler Board, you can send a message to all carers on shift for a given day — useful for weather alerts, site access changes, or urgent updates.

Templates

Save frequently used messages as templates — shift confirmations, appointment reminders, or compliance notices. Select a template and personalise before sending.
