This code is used for specialist behaviour support delivered by a registered behaviour support practitioner. Functional behaviour assessments and behaviour support plans must be approved by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission before implementation support can be claimed.

NDIA managed
Available to participants whose funding is managed directly by the NDIA. Claims are submitted via the NDIS myplace provider portal.
Plan managed
Available to plan-managed participants. Invoice the participant's plan manager — do not submit to the NDIA portal directly.
Self managed
Available to self-managing participants. The participant pays the provider and claims reimbursement from the NDIA. Price limits do not apply for self-managed participants, though providers should document the agreed rate.
