This code is used for allied health therapy supports delivered by a registered practitioner. Claims should record the practitioner's name and NDIS registration number. Non-face-to-face time for report writing can be claimed under the same line item where the flag is enabled.

Available to self-managing participants. The participant pays the provider and claims reimbursement from the NDIA. Price limits do not apply for self-managed participants, though providers should document the agreed rate.
