Available report types
- Carer compliance summary — all carers with qualification status, upcoming expiries, and any gaps
- Service delivery report — jobs delivered vs planned, check-in/out times, incident summary
- Customer document status — care plan sign-off dates, review status, outstanding documents
- Incident register — all incidents by severity and type for a selected period
Running a report
Navigate to Reports and select the report type. Choose the date range and any filters (by carer, customer, or service type). Click Generate and download as PDF or CSV.
Scheduled reports
Set recurring reports to be emailed to your compliance lead automatically — monthly or quarterly.
