Set expiry dates for Worker Screening checks, first aid, and any organisation-specific credentials, so lapsed checks are flagged before a shift goes out, not discovered after the fact.

Incident reporting from the field

Workers start incident reports on site while details are fresh — the coordinator is notified immediately, and any reportable incident can be escalated from there.
