Teiro vs FlowLogic: an honest comparison for NDIS providers

FlowLogic is the broader product and Teiro is the narrower one. FlowLogic says it is trusted by more than 300 providers and 20,000+ active users, and lists direct NDIA claiming through PRODA and PACE, SCHADS award interpretation, Support at Home, plan management software and residential aged care. Teiro is a care workforce CRM: rostering, a carer app, customer records and credential tracking, with published pricing and self-serve setup. Teiro also records worked hours for your payroll system and builds the bulk payment request file for myplace.

FlowLogic does not publish prices. Its pricing page says pricing is tailored to each organisation's size and needs, and that subscription pricing and user fees are outlined during a personalised demo (source: flowlogic.com.au/pricing, checked 30 October 2026).

FlowLogic does not publish prices. Its pricing page names three onboarding packages (FlowEssential, FlowAssist and FlowPartner) without dollar amounts, and says pricing is tailored to each organisation’s size and needs.
When you ask for a quote, request the onboarding package price and the ongoing subscription and user fees as separate lines. We will not guess either figure.
Teiro’s prices are public: on Standard, your first 5 active users are free and each active user after that is $9 per month. For a provider who needs direct NDIA claiming and award interpretation in the same system, FlowLogic may be the stronger fit, and its quote is the only way to know the cost.

Direct NDIA claiming
FlowLogic says it integrates with PRODA and maintains a direct connection with the NDIA PACE system, and validates claims against the price guide before submission. Teiro builds a bulk payment request CSV for upload to myplace and does not submit through PRODA or PACE.
SCHADS award interpretation and payroll workflow
FlowLogic lists SCHADS award interpretation, an award-based warning system in rostering and a payroll workflow integration. Teiro does not calculate pay or run payroll; it exports worked hours to your payroll system.
Breadth across sectors
FlowLogic serves disability, residential and community aged care, Support at Home, CHSP, NDIS plan managers and support coordination, with Support at Home budgets, rollover and bulk subsidy claims.
Certification, hosting and compliance dashboards
FlowLogic says it is ISO 27001 certified and stores customer data on Australian-based servers. It also lists live compliance dashboards and a mandatory training tracker.
Where Teiro is different
Teiro is built around the workforce side of NDIS operations: rostering, carer app, client records, incidents, medication and billing in one platform.
No implementation project required
FlowLogic's site says implementation takes 8 to 12 weeks for larger organisations. Teiro is self-serve: qualification enforcement and participant record structure are in the platform by default, so there is no configuration project to get to functional. Qualification enforcement at assignment
Teiro checks a worker's credentials against the client's required competencies at the point of assignment, flagging lapsed or missing requirements before the coordinator confirms the shift. A worker excluded from a client for safety reasons is blocked, with no override.
Carer mobile app built for the field
Teiro's carer app is designed for support workers using a phone in the field: GPS check-in and out, shift details, incident reporting, and document capture. This matters for shift verification: if carers are not using the app consistently, the compliance value of the platform is reduced. FlowLogic also has a workforce app, so test any carer app with a sample of your own workforce before committing.
Accessible entry cost
FlowLogic does not publish prices. Teiro is free for your first 5 active users, then $9 per active user per month (a 10-user organisation pays for 5 seats, $45/month). For a growing provider or one evaluating whether to move from a legacy setup, Teiro's cost structure removes the financial barrier to starting.
Who each platform suits
FlowLogic may suit you if:

Common questions
Is FlowLogic more powerful than Teiro?
FlowLogic covers more. Its site lists SCHADS award interpretation, direct PRODA and PACE connections for NDIS claiming, Support at Home claiming, plan management software and residential aged care. Teiro is narrower: rostering, the carer app, customer records and credential tracking. Whether the extra breadth matters depends on whether your operation would use it.
Can Teiro handle multiple funding types like FlowLogic?
Teiro bills NDIS. For aged care (Support at Home) or CHSP, talk to us about your requirements first. If you manage a large aged care or state-funded program alongside NDIS with complex claiming and reporting requirements, that is where FlowLogic's claiming and compliance tooling has a real advantage.
How long does it take to get running on Teiro vs FlowLogic?
