Service Agreements
A service agreement your team can actually query.
Support item lines, agreed rates, and budget allocations as structured data on the client's record, not a PDF that only means something to whoever last opened it. Attach the signed agreement and any consent forms to the same record.
Funding management type, agency-managed, plan-managed, or self-managed, can be set on the whole agreement or overridden per line, because that is how real NDIS arrangements actually work.

Line items, not a wall of text
Each service agreement holds its NDIS support item lines as structured data: item number, item name, unit, agreed rate, and budget allocation. Nobody has to reread a PDF to work out what was actually agreed.
Funding management type is set per line, not just per client
Agency-managed, plan-managed, or self-managed can be set at the agreement level and on each line item, because a client's arrangement is not always one type across every support.
The signed agreement lives with the client, not in someone's inbox
Upload the signed agreement and any consent forms to the client's document library, categorised so they are easy to find later, rather than sitting in an email thread only one coordinator can search.
One agreement, one place it connects to
The service agreement sits on the client record it belongs to, with its line items, budget position, and documents all reachable from the same place, instead of three separate systems that have to be cross-checked by hand.

Building a service agreement, its line items, and its budget summary

How it works
Create the agreement against the client
A service agreement is created against a client record, with the funding type (NDIS, Home Care Package, private, or DVA), the agreement number, the plan start and end dates, the total budget, and, for NDIS agreements, the management type: agency-managed, plan-managed, or self-managed.
Add support item lines with real fields, not free text
Each line item captures the NDIS support item number and name, the support purpose category, the unit of measure, the agreed rate, and the budget allocation for that item, plus its own funding management type and an optional date range. This is the same structured data your rostering and billing already run on, not a separate description of it.
See the budget position without leaving the agreement
A budget summary shows the total budget, what has been used, what remains, and the utilisation percentage, broken down by line. Coordinators do not need a separate spreadsheet reconciliation to answer "how much of this client's core budget is left."
Attach the signed agreement and consent documents
The client's documents library accepts a Consent Form as one of its categories, alongside care plans, risk assessments, the NDIS plan itself, and other supporting evidence. Upload the signed copy of the agreement, or a client's consent form, and categorise it so it is easy to find on the record it belongs to.
What "consents and sign-offs" means here
Teiro does not put an electronic signature pad in front of a client to sign their service agreement on screen. What it gives you is a document library on the client record, with Consent Form as one of its categories, so the signed paper or PDF agreement, and any other consent your organisation collects, has a home on the record it belongs to instead of a shared drive nobody remembers to check.
Frequently asked questions
Does Teiro support NDIS service agreements with line items?
Yes. Each service agreement holds one or more line items with the NDIS support item number and name, support purpose category, unit, agreed rate, and budget allocation, plus its own funding management type and an optional date range.
Can clients sign their service agreement electronically inside Teiro?
Not today. Teiro does not provide an in-app electronic signature workflow for service agreements. What it does provide is a place to store the signed copy: upload the signed agreement (or a scanned consent form) to the client's document library and categorise it as a Consent Form so it sits on the record it belongs to.
Can I see how much of a client's NDIS budget has been used?
Yes. Every service agreement has a budget summary showing the total budget, the amount used, the amount remaining, and the utilisation percentage, broken down line by line.
What funding management types does Teiro support?
Agency-managed, plan-managed, and self-managed. The management type can be set at the whole-agreement level and overridden per line item, since a client's arrangement is not always uniform across every support they receive.
