Setting Up a Client's Service Agreement
How a coordinator sets up an NDIS service agreement in Teiro: the client it belongs to, the agreement number and funding type, how it is managed, a support item and its current rate as a line item, and the real budget and utilisation once it is saved.

A client record, so it is clear whose agreement this is
Opening a client's record establishes exactly whose funding is being set up before any dollar figure appears on screen.
Her NDIS agreement, with real numbers
The Funding tab shows the agreement's real header: a total budget of $32,000, actual dollars used, and a utilisation percentage, not placeholder figures.
Give it an agreement number and funding type
Editing the agreement starts with the basics: an agreement number, a funding type (NDIS, HCP, Private or DVA), and the plan's start and end dates.
Choose how it is managed
Management type, agency, plan, or self managed, and an optional support coordinator, are set the same way.
Add a support item at its current rate
A line item carries a support category, a support item from the NDIS catalogue, a description, agreed hours, and a rate per unit. The line's total is calculated live.
It rolls up automatically, against the real budget
The grand total sums every line item automatically and compares it against the total budget, showing plainly how much room is left.
Budget and utilisation, always accurate
Back on the Funding tab, the same total budget, dollars used, and utilisation percentage are shown, exactly as they were before, because nothing about the real figures depends on the form that displays them.
