Reports live in your profile menu

Reports are not a hidden admin tool or a support-ticket request. From the profile menu, any user with the right entitlement finds a dedicated Reports section, one tap from wherever they are in the app.

Eight reports, grouped by team

The reports list groups all eight available reports by the team that uses them: Operations, Finance, and Compliance. Each one states plainly what it covers, so picking the right one does not mean guessing from a UI label.

Pick the one you need

Incident Register is one of two Compliance reports, alongside Qualification Compliance. It covers the full register of incidents by date range, severity, and status.

Set the date range you need

The filter bar defaults to this month, but the date range is fully adjustable. Narrowing it to the window that actually matters re-runs the report against the real data instantly.

Real incidents, filtered instantly

The result is a real, filtered table: reference, when it occurred, who it involved, who submitted it, and its severity and status, backed by the same records the incident report itself created.

Export it to CSV, in one click

Export CSV pulls exactly what is on screen, filtered the same way, into a real CSV file, no separate export step or waiting on a data request.
