A week of care on one board
The Teiro scheduling board shows a care coordinator a whole week at once. Each support worker is a lane, and every service sits in place across the week, so the shape of the roster is visible without opening anything.
Seeing who is on, and where the gaps are
Switching to a single day shows who is working, and just as importantly where nobody is. Coverage gaps in disability support and aged care are not an inconvenience, they are a client without a visit, so the board is built to make an empty slot obvious rather than something you have to go looking for.
Assigning a worker
Assigning is done from the board itself. The Assign Worker panel lists the workers available for that service, and the coordinator picks one. Two taps, without leaving the board or opening the service record.
Moving a shift
A shift can be moved from the same place. Care rosters change constantly: someone calls in sick, a client reschedules, traffic runs over. Editing the time on the service updates it in place.
The whole team sees it immediately
The change is live for everyone. The support worker sees it in the Teiro carer app on their phone, so a roster change made by a coordinator at a desk reaches the person actually doing the visit without a phone call or a text message.
The week, always at a glance
Coming back to the week view, the change is already reflected. That is the point of the board: one surface where an NDIS or aged care provider can see the week, understand the coverage, and change it.
