How to Resend a Pending Team Invitation in Teiro
An admin finds a team member whose invitation is still pending in Org Settings, taps Resend invite, and a toast confirms a fresh link has gone out. The old invitation link stops working the moment the new one is sent.

What this recording shows
This is a 22 second screen recording of an admin resending a pending team invitation in Teiro, the care management platform used by Australian NDIS and aged care providers. It was recorded on a desktop browser, in Org Settings, on the real product.
Finding a pending invitation
Org Settings shows every person on the team under Manage team. Alongside the usual role and status information, anyone who has not yet accepted their invitation is marked pending on their row. In this recording that is a team member added recently who has not logged in yet.
Resending the invitation
Resending is a single tap on Resend invite, on that team member's row. Teiro sends a brand new invitation email straight away, and confirms it with a toast on screen.
Why the old link stops working
The email that goes out carries a fresh link, and the previous invitation link is no longer valid the moment the new one is sent. If the team member still has the original email sitting in their inbox, clicking it will not get them in -- they need the new one. The final caption in this recording makes the same point: a fresh link goes out, valid for 14 days.
