Short notice cancellations
If a participant cancels with less than 7 days notice (2 days for some supports), providers may claim up to 100% of the agreed support price. Document the cancellation and reason before claiming.
NDIA managed
Available to participants whose funding is managed directly by the NDIA. Claims are submitted via the NDIS myplace provider portal.
Plan managed
Available to plan-managed participants. Invoice the participant's plan manager — do not submit to the NDIA portal directly.
Self managed
Available to self-managing participants. The participant pays the provider and claims reimbursement from the NDIA. Price limits do not apply for self-managed participants, though providers should document the agreed rate.
