Invoicing client contributions (Support at Home)
Last updated
Teiro invoices a client only the contribution Services Australia confirms on the payment statement, once, and flags any later change in reconciliation.
The short version
Teiro invoices the client only the contribution that Services Australia confirms on the payment statement. It never invoices an estimate, and never invoices the same contribution twice.
How it works
- 1.Claim the services as set out in Claiming Support at Home services from Services Australia.
- 2.Import the Support at Home payment statement on the run's Reconcile screen. The confirmed contributions are recorded.
- 3.On the run's By Recipient screen, choose Draft all. It drafts the client contribution invoices along with the claim file.
If a contribution changes later
A contribution confirmed after the invoice was drafted is flagged in reconciliation. Teiro does not change the drafted invoice silently. Review the flag and decide what to do.
Clinical supports
Clinical supports carry no contribution, so there is nothing to invoice. That includes personal care from 1 October 2026. See Billing Support at Home services in Teiro for what changed.
