Understanding Teiro pricing and plans
Learn about Teiro's pricing tiers, what's included, and how to manage your subscription.
Teiro is priced per active carer per month, so your cost scales directly with your team size — you only pay for what you use.
Plans overview
Free — free forever for teams of 5 or fewer active users. No credit card, no time limit, and the full platform.
Standard — first 5 active users free, then $9 per active user per month (a 10-user organisation pays for 5 seats, $45/month).
Professional — $29 per active user per month. Adds phone support, a faster email response, and an onboarding call.
What counts as an active carer
An active carer is anyone who has been assigned at least one job in the current billing period. Deactivated users are not billed.
Billing and invoices
Invoices are generated monthly and sent to the billing email address on your account. You can view and download past invoices from Account Settings > Billing.
Upgrading or downgrading
Change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
