How to Find Teiro on the App Store
Step-by-step instructions for downloading the Teiro care workforce app on iPhone. Find it, install it, and log in to your organisation account.
Downloading Teiro on iPhone
The Teiro care workforce app is available on the Apple App Store for iPhone and iPad. Here is how to find it and get set up.

Step 1 — Open the App Store
On your iPhone or iPad, tap the App Store icon (blue icon with a white letter A). If you cannot find it, swipe down on your home screen and type "App Store" in the search bar.
Step 2 — Search for Teiro
Tap the Search tab at the bottom of the screen. Type Teiro in the search field at the top and tap Search on the keyboard.
The Teiro app will appear in the results. Look for the name Teiro: Care Workforce App and the Teiro logo.
Step 3 — Tap Get
Tap the Get button next to the Teiro listing, then confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password. The app will download and install automatically.
Step 4 — Open the app and log in
Once installed, tap Open or find the Teiro icon on your home screen. On the login screen, enter the email address and password your coordinator or organisation administrator set up for you.
If you do not have login details, contact the person who manages your organisation's Teiro account. They can create your account from the Teiro web platform.
Step 5 — Select your organisation
If your account is connected to more than one organisation, you will be prompted to select which one to log in to. Tap your organisation name to continue.
You will land on your home screen showing today's shifts and any notifications.
Minimum iOS version
Teiro requires iOS 15 or later. To check your iOS version, go to Settings > General > About and look at the iOS Version line. If your version is below 15, update via Settings > General > Software Update.
Troubleshooting
I searched for Teiro but cannot find it. Make sure you are spelling it correctly: T-E-I-R-O. The full app name is "Teiro: Care Workforce App". If you are in a country other than Australia, the app may not appear — it is currently available in Australia only.
I tapped Get but nothing happened. Check your internet connection. Also check that you have enough storage on your device: go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage to see available space.
I cannot log in. Check that your email address and password are correct. If you have forgotten your password, tap Forgot password on the login screen and follow the reset instructions. If you have never logged in before, contact your organisation's Teiro administrator to confirm your account has been created.
The app is asking me to select an organisation but I cannot see mine. Contact your Teiro administrator and confirm your account is active and linked to the correct organisation.
